Shasa doyan banget makan puding, mungkin karena teksturnya yang lembut dan kenyal ya.. kali ini mama buat puding busa roti marie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Bahan ;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;- 20 buah roti marie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;- 1 bungkus agar2 plain&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;- 500 ml air&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;- pewarna hijau secukupnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;- 100 gr gula pasir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Bahan Puding busa ;&lt;br /&gt;- 1 bks agar2 plain&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;- 400 ml susu cair&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;- 3 butir putih telur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;- 100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- pewarna hijau secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;Cara buat ;&lt;br /&gt;1. Siapkan loyang bulat, basahi air sedikit.&lt;br /&gt;2. susun roti melingkar di dasar loyang.&lt;br /&gt;3. Rebus air, agar2 dan gula pasir sampai mendidih, beri pewarna hijau, aduk rata, angkat, tuang dalam loyang, biarkan sampai setengah beku.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kocok kuning telur, gula castor 30 gr, dan SP sampai mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan susu cair dan vanila, kocok rata, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kocok putih telur, garam dan cream of tartar samapai setengah mengembang,tambahkan gula castor 50 gr sedikit2, kocok lagi sampai mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Rebus kerang sampai lunak, sisihkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;2. Tumis bawang putih dan jahe sampai harum,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;3. Masukkan bawang bombai, biarkan sampai layu. Buat Soes ; Rebus susu cair dan margarine sampai mendidih,&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung terigu dan garam,  aduk  sampai kalis, dinginkan,&lt;br /&gt;3. Kocok Kuning telur, gula castor, dan SP sampai mengembang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan tape singkong, susu cair, dan margarin leleh, kocok perlahan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang campuran tepung terigu, tepung maizena,susu bubuk dan baking powder yang sudah diayak dan di aduk perlahan,sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Kocok putih telur, garam dan cream of tartar sampai setengah mengembang, tambahkan gula castor sedikit2 sambil di kocok sampai putih.&lt;br /&gt;5. Campurkan adonan Putih telur dengan adonan kuning telur, aduk rata, masukkan pasta strawberry.&lt;br /&gt;6. Tuang dalam 2 loyang persegi panjang.&lt;br /&gt;7.
